La Playa d'en Bossa Neighbors Association celebrates the third edition of its already famous World Potato Omelette Championship, an event that combines humor, flavor and neighborhood spirit.

There are only a couple of conditions: the tortillas must prepare at home, bring at least ten eggs And, of course, potatoes. From there, the ingredients are up to the cook's taste, from the most classic to the most daring.
The following will be awarded three best tortillas from the competition, but the afternoon promises much more than cooking. The event will also feature a lively session of karaoke so that, in addition to cooking, the neighborhood can let loose and talk.
