The San Antonio City Council, through its Social Welfare department, is organizing a colloquium talk about legal protection measures for people with disabilities.
It will address topics such as: public benefits and tax benefits or inheritance and testamentary provisions in favor of people with disabilities.
The participating speakers are: Sergio Gonzalez Malabia, magistrate judge of the Court of First Instance 3 of Ibiza and senior judge of Ibiza and Formentera; Vicente Arbona More, Public Treasury technician, administrator of the Tax Agency in Ibiza and Formentera until 2023; and Fernando Ramos Gil, notary of Santa Eulalia.
The talk is held on Tuesday 14 of January of 2025 at 18:00h in the auditorium of Cervantes Cultural Center.
