The San José City Council organizes an interesting series of talks for families which seeks to provide them with tools and practical information to improve their coexistence, education and well-being.
These are four sessions given by various experts who will cover a wide variety of topics and relate to a wide range of ages, so that all parents can benefit from them.
The talks are Returns and are taught in Can Jeroni un Wednesday per month, between January and April 2026.
Also, if you don't have anyone to leave your child with, don't worry, they offer you a Childcare service for children from 3 years old during all the talks. Of course, you have to reserve it necessarily writing to infancifamilia@santjosep.org.
Program for the 2026 Family Lecture Series:
-Wednesday 21 of January of 2026 at 18 pm"Emotional support in childhood", in charge of Alejandra Melús, expert in emotional intelligence and early intervention.
-Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 18:00 PM: “The art of being human in the age of AI”, By César Bona, teacher, writer and lecturer.
-Wednesday March 25, 2026 at 18:00 PM: “Nutrition, microbiota, performance and concentration", in charge of Star of Dawn, dietitian and integrative nutrition specialist.
-Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 17 pm"Adolescence and mental health: keys to detecting, calmly supporting and strengthening the bond”, By Sonia López, educational psychologist, teacher and lecturer.
