In an increasingly fast-paced world, find spaces to stop It's not a luxury, but a necessity. This is the premise under which it was born. Guests, a meeting of meditation and group therapy which proposes to open a space of presence and reflection around everyday but complex topics to better understand how we relate with ourselves and with others.
The next Contempla session invites us to focus on the bonds and attachment, Exploring how many of our ways of loving, connecting, or protecting each other originate in the earliest bonds of our lives. From the need for approval to the difficulty of trusting or the fear of distance, attachment functions as a internal map that influences our relationships without us always being aware of it.
Guided by the psychotherapist Julieta MessinaSpecializing in couple and sexuality therapy, the meeting combines different therapeutic tools with meditation and mindful listening practicesIts approach integrates psychological reflection and presence, creating an accessible space for both those who already have experience and those who are approaching it for the first time.
The session is structured in three parts: one first round of reflection to share impressions, one 15-minute guided meditation or with a group closure to integrate the experience, thus generating a complete and shared experience.
It's not about finding quick answers, but about observe honestly what we expect, from whom we expect it, and how it affects us when those expectations are not met.
The meeting is held on Monday 4 of May of 2026, 18 to 30 pm, in the Almasana Center, in Santa Eulalia.
