The Consell de Ibiza organizes its Fourth course of Caramelles, traditional Ibizan songs that represent an ancestral tradition and date back to the Middle Ages. They are usually sung at Christmas and Easter, as they describe the birth of Jesus Christ, and are declared an Asset of Intangible Cultural Interest.
The course is taught in the Cas Serres Multipurpose Building, in Ibiza city, in the rooms 13 and 14, all Saturdays of the September 28 to November 2, 2024.
The schedule is 18:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.
The teachers in charge of teaching it are Vicent Cardona Bonet and Javi Bonet Bufí and Xico Bufí Guasch.
All participants in the course will receive a certificate of participation at the end.
