Ibiza Cocktail Week launches an unparalleled experience by placing at the center of its agenda a The Great Bartender Ibiza, a two-day event that turns the iconic Pereyra Theater in the capital of international cocktails.
During the days Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 September 2025, the heart of the city will vibrate to the rhythm of techniques, creativity and liquid adrenaline, because 36 bartenders will compete in the category classical (signature cocktails) and 33 more in discipline Flair (acrobatic cocktails).
The competition brings together talents from all over the world under the gaze of a professional jury and culminates with a after party in charge of DJ Salva Martín.
Los Awards economic are generous: in the category classical they will share €1.000, €500 and €300 among the top three positions; while in Flair, the awards will be €2.000, €1.000, €700, €300 and €150 for the top five. In addition, there will be Challenges open to the public, granting extra rewards in fun cocktail-related challenges.
The event starts each day with doors opening at 13 hours.
El Monday the phase will be developed Flair qualifier along with the brand fair, masterclasses and public bar challenges. The Tuesday will be reserved for the Classic competition from afternoon to night, with the Flair's finale and the trophy presentation closing the competition.
La general entry (valid for both days) costs 5 € and includes eating (wine, beer, water or soft drink). At the door it costs 10 €. Also offered is a Package with entry + burger for €12 in advance or €18 at the door (valid for one day only).
But The Great Bartender is not limited to competitions. In parallel, a brand fair in the main hall, special activations in boxes, masterclasses, networkinga whirlpool bath, official pub crawl with exclusive cocktails for event wristband wearers, and the Ibiza Tray Race: a tray race through Dalt Vila that combines sport, spectacle, and fun. To top it all off, a beach cleanup day in Talamanca and the week culminates with a awards ceremony on October 5, 2025.
Furthermore, this event is part of the first edition of Ibiza Cocktail Week (ICW), which aims to bring together cocktails, culture, industry, and community over seven days in Ibiza. The Great Bartender is shaping up to be its star act.
After its recent reopening, Teatro Pereyra, with more than 125 years of history, hosts this event with its renovated stage and equipment adapted for shows, music, and hybrid events. Its central location in Ibiza makes it a key spot for high-impact local cultural experiences.
