San Jose celebrates the III Ibiza Potato Fair, a day for all audiences that is organized to coincide with the beginning of the potato harvesting season, to highlight the value of this native variety that many consider the “queen of the Ibizan garden.”
The fair is held on Sunday May 17 2026, taking advantage of the fact that it is the day of San José Craft Market.
From the 12:00h you can enjoy a tapas competition creative Made with local potatoes for a price of €5 run by five establishments in the town: Can Bernat Vinya, Paulis Bakes, Es Galliner, Bar Center de Majors and Granola.

Participating establishments are: Can Berri Vell, Es Balneari Cala Carbó, Cana Sofia, S'Espartar, Sa CaletaTaste of Salia and Rascalobos.
