La VI edition of the Ibiza Salt Fair Is celebrated the Friday 28, Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 of October of 2022.
Organized by the Consell de Ibiza and the San José City Council, this is an event that aims to remember the importance of the salt tradition in the history of Ibiza, since during centuries represented the first industry and economic activity of the island and mobilized thousands of Ibizans.
