Like every year at this time, an important event in the island's traditional culture arrives: the Ibiza Mare Nostrum Folk Festival, which celebrates this year XXVI edition, organized, as always, by the Federation of Dance and Popular Culture Collas of Ibiza and Formentera, the Consell Insular de Ibiza and the five town councils of the island.
The contest is held on Saturday 14 and 15 Sunday 2024 September, and will feature traditional dance exhibitions in all the municipalities of the island.
Saturday 14 2024 September
El Saturday at 19:30 hours The actions are concentrated in the Jesus Square, if there is bad weather at the Jesus Cultural Center. Participants:

– Aratz Dantza Taldea (Gorliz, Vizcaya, Basque Country)

Sunday 15 2024 September
El sunday the performances are in different locations of the island.
-10:30 am in the square of the Church of San Juan: Arcude (Vall d'Uixó, Castellón) and the Es Broll Cultural Association.
-12:00 hours in the square of the Church of San José: Aratz Dantza Taldea (Gorliz, Vizcaya, Basque Country) and Grup Folklòric Sant Josep de sa Talaia (Ibiza).
-12:00 hours on the Paseo de Vara de Rey in Ibiza: Colla de Dolçaina i Tabal Honorat Gil and Grup de Danses Alcalans (Alfarb, Valencia) and Grup Folklòric Brisa de Portmany.
-19:00 at the San Mateo Social Center: Gruppo Folklorico Monte Patulo (Sant'Angelo Romano, Rome) and Grup Folklòric Sa Colla de Sant Rafel.
