With the arrival of spring, the Festivities of San José, which offer us a lot of activities during March and April 2025, with a host of cultural, sporting and recreational activities. The programme is drawn up in collaboration with the municipality's associations and groups.
The official starting signal is marked by the traditional street cry el Friday, March 14, 2025, this year in the hands of Vincent Ribas, bishop of Ibiza, accompanied by a torrada popular of sobrassada and the choral show “Dancing Queen”, a tribute to ABBA.
Furthermore, the famous Flower Power of San José Festivals on Saturday, March 15 with performances by the Djs Javi Box, Joan Ribas and Ric Jazzbo In addition to the group Willy and The Poor Boys, a tribute to Creedence Clearwater; he XV Correbars with live music in the town's bars; a new edition of the Sant Josep Express, and Third edition of the Fried Octopus Competition.
One of the outstanding novelties this year is a solidarity day to help those affected by the DANA in Valencia, Sant Josep with Valencia, with many activities and concerts Animals Marins, Swinging Tonic, Dea Tanit, Pvssydónia, Konkordatti Punkkinetti and La Movida.
Storytelling sessions, exhibitions, a padel tournament, the 11th Skating Festival, talks, cinema, music and various sporting competitions are also organised.
El Wednesday March 19, 2025 is the Big day, and as usual there will be misa solemn sung by the Choir of Saint Joseph, plus procession, performances of Sant Josep de sa Talaia Folkloric Group and distribution of wine and orelletes. There will also be musical vermouth with concerts in the town's bars, children's area with inflatables, children's concert with The Pirate Group and, to end the evening, a concert of Morning Drivers and Miki Núnez, with a correfoc with the demons of Bad Esperits to finish.
