Immerse yourself in the island's rural traditions with a series of events that combine history, nature, and flavors: milling, mills, and tasting in a charming setting

El November 22 Saturday of 2025 A unique event is being held in can planets, in Santa Eulalia, within the framework of the “Traditional Farina and Molins Fariners Days"" ("Traditional Days of Flour and Flour Mills").

The program is developed from 10 am to 30 am and includes a conference informative, a brief interpretive route around the traditional mill and an exquisite tasting of local products.

Its aim is to highlight the milling heritage and flour production on the island, bringing both adults and families closer to understanding how the old flour mills of Ibiza worked.

The meeting point, Can Planetes, becomes the setting for reliving traditional processes that for centuries formed an essential part of the entire rural fabric of the Pitiusas Islands. The interpretive route allows visitors to observe the historical surroundings of the mills, the water channel, the millstones… and understand the link between the land, water, and bread.

The subsequent tasting transforms the cultural experience into a sensory one: tasting local flour, artisanal bread... of that history that is now also being rescued through flavor.

In short, a perfect morning for those who wish to explore another side of Ibiza, more relaxed and authentic: tradition, heritage and gastronomy all in one.
