The Association of Producers of Organic Agriculture of Ibiza and Formentera (APAEEF) has created a Mercado Ecológico in Santa Eulalia, specifically in the interpretation center of can planets to encourage local production and promote the consumption of organic products from the island.
In it you can buy directly from the producers, without intermediaries, which benefits us all, they can offer their products in a more sustainable, accessible and economical, also earning fairer amounts. In this way, we support the farming and livestock community of the entire island and support the kilometer 0 products.
Although it began being held on the last Thursday of each month, the Can Planetes Organic Market is now held every Thursday, en winter in time 15:00 to 18:00 hours.
Various companies will be present at the market entities and professionals from the agriculture, livestock and organic production sector offering their products.
In addition, you can enjoy a wonderful day with family or friends, with children's workshops, creative activities and other different proposals every week.
The interpretation center of Can Planetes will be open during the event, so you can also visit it.
And to make it very easy for you to attend the event and with the aim of promoting more sustainable transport, the City Council will offer a free bus service with the route of the Eularibus, which will have an additional stop to its usual circuit called the Ecological Market.
