To mark the Entrepreneurial Women's Day is celebrated “Inspiring Women: Tanit (em) Power Women“, an event that promotes female empowerment and wants to provide resources and support to female entrepreneurs, organized by Alice Queen.
The appointment is Tuesday 19th and Saturday 23rd November 2024 in the Women's dormitory, Of Ibiza city.

Tuesday, November 19, 2024
-17:00 hours: Opening by Alicia Reina and Sara Barbado, with an inaugural presentation by Marisina Mari, under the title “Entrepreneurship in Social Responsibility”.
-17:30 hours: Panel discussion on work-life balance, “Perfect balance: reconciling family and work without sacrifices.” Alicia Reina will be the moderator and the guests will be Laura Gomez, Marisina Mari and Rosario Tur.
-18:30 hours: Workshop on labor reintegration, “Get back in the game: labor reintegration in times of change.” Moderated by Alicia Reina and the guests will be Carmen Perez, Maria Jose Amengual and Esperanza Ribas.
-19:30 hours: Closing of the first day by Alicia Reina and Sara Barbado.

-09:00 hours: Opening and welcome by Sara Barbado, Eva Ballarín and Alicia Reina. With the inaugural presentation by the photographer Aisha Bonet under the title “Portraits of Feminine Power: Capturing Inner Strength Through the Lens.”
-09:30 hours: Talk on family and work conciliation, “Real balance: Strategies to conquer professional and family life”, moderated by Alicia Reina, with Cristina Ramon and Piluca Bayarri as guests.
-10:00 hours: Several simultaneous workshops:
Workshop 1: on women in vulnerable situations, “Breaking barriers: strategies to empower women in vulnerable situations”, moderated by Alicia Reina and with Patricia Briones and Marta Martinez as guests.
Workshop 2: on labor reintegration, “Come back strong: keys to successful labor reintegration”, by Alicia Reina.
Workshop 3: on female empowerment, “Start without limits: tools to create the business of your dreams” by Eva Ballarin.
-11:00 hours: Break.
-11:30 am: Inspirational talk led by Alicia Reina, “Entrepreneurship despite obstacles”. The guests will be Ita Oliver, who will give the presentation “Beauty and image as empowerment tools” and Maria Francisca Bonet, who will present “Leading with passion in the hospitality industry.”
