El Espai Jove, the youth center of San Antonio, hosts a great recreational meeting for lovers of Japanese culture: Otaku Meeting
The meeting is held for a whole weekend, that of the Saturday 31 of August and Sunday 1 of September of 2019, throughout the day, starting at 10 hours.
There will be a great cosplay contest, with which you can dress up as your favorite character. The contest is on Sunday 1 September 2019 at 16 hours in the auditorium of the first floor. There will be a pre-show presentation of the participants and then a main phase of acting, where the audience will enjoy a small scene at the hands of the cosplayers, representing their respective characters. Aspects such as disguises will be manual, accessories or weapons, or makeup or hairstyle will be scored.
There will also be sessions of anime, manga drawing, karaoke, VR, Japanese bar, video game tournaments and many more fun activities.

The appointment is organized by the Ibiza Otaku Association next to the City Hall of San Antonio.
