Would you like to learn how to make the delicious Ibizan herbal liqueur? Join the Herbas Ibicencas Workshop organized by the Neighborhood Association of Can Tomàs, in San Antonio, with the collaboration of the City Council, a classic that is already on its way 12ª edition.
It is a very special date inspired by the peasant tradition of making herbs as a family, and it is that, on these dates, the plants and aromatics are in their maximum splendor.
It will be a beautiful traditional day in which you can learn to make herbs and try them, and there will also be country dance, cars, ponies and other activities.
You have to bring one from home empty bottle and they will provide you with the necessary ingredients so that you can take your herbs home.
The workshop is the Saturday 14 2025 June from the 19 pm in the Can Tomàs parking lot.
Then there will be a popular toast, with performances by the Buscastell Colla, who will perform a demonstration of peasant dance, the music of Vicent Frit and Ignasi Roselló and, for the little ones, children's games.
