Take this opportunity to get closer to the most authentic essence of Ibizan cuisine from the inside with this workshop on making country bread which highlights traditional recipes and knowledge passed down from generation to generation.
The activity will be led by Vicent Marí Serra “Palermet”, a figure closely linked to the local gastronomic tradition, and will allow participants to learn how to prepare some of the most representative products of the island.
During the class, we will work on everything from classic country bread to preparations such as... scalded cocasboth with vegetables and with sobrasada, crostes, strong biscuits, xinxarrons and gofie soups, in a format practical and approachable.
The workshop is celebrated on Sunday 26 2026 April at the Learning Camp, which is on the road from San Juan to Cala San Vicente, throughout the morning, during the hours of 09:00 to 14:00 hours.
