El Consell de Ibiza organizes again this fall of 2024 several workshops practical to learn how to make dry stone wall.
These beautiful walls are one of the most recognizable elements of the landscape heritage of Ibiza and have a very important function when it comes to avoid erosion ground. In addition to delimit fences, farms and roads also serve as shelter for small animals like lizards, insects or snails.
A true work of craftsmanship that you can learn to lift yourself.
There are 4 workshops de 10 hours each one, always on weekends, Saturday and Sunday in time 09: 00 14 to: 00 hours and are held in the Ethnographic Museum of Ibiza in Can Ros, in the Puig de Missa de Santa Eulalia:
-Workshop 5 and 6 for October 2024: enrollment period between 20 and 25 of September 2024Inclusive.
-Workshop 19 and 20 for October 2024: enrollment period between October 4 and 9, 2024Inclusive.
-Workshop November 9 and 10, 2024: enrollment period between October 25 and 30, 2024Inclusive.
-Workshop November 23 and 24, 2024: enrollment period between November 8 and 13, 2024Inclusive.
The participation is Delivery to Italy takes one or two business daysBut registration is mandatory.
