The Ibiza Town Hall, through its House of Igualtat, organizes the second edition of its Feminist Reading Club, an exciting space for reflection and analysis of literature in a feminist key that will delight lovers of reading.
The idea is to generate a meeting and reflection space where to debate and analyze some of the most important titles of feminist literature or written by women, highlighting the deserved importance of these thinkers and pioneers.
The Feminist Reading Club of Ibiza works like any other reading club. Each month the reading of a book is proposed on which a comment and debate will be made on last Thursday of every month in 2021 at 19:30 p.m.
The sessions are in charge of the facilitator of the Feminist Reading Club Nuria Prieto.
Very interesting titles have been scheduled for 2021, with essays and novels that deal with topics such as inclusive language, pornography or ecofeminism.
Participation in the book club is totally Free, you will only have to to sign up previously. To do this, you can send an email to etattat@eivissa.es.
The sessions of this 2021 will be telematic or face-to-face, depending of how the health situation.
