The renowned artist Maria-Antoinette Courtens (Oss, Netherlands, 1944) stars «The art of light", a new exhibition in the Exhibition Hall of Santa Eulalia.
In it you can see various paintings, prints and photographs of this artist who has a great relationship with Ibiza, where she has created a significant part of her pictorial and photographic work.
In fact, she herself has stated on numerous occasions that the Mediterranean light, but especially that of Ibiza, has been one of the most important inspirations in his works.
Maria-Antoinette Courtens's artistic career spans more than six decades, and her work has been exhibited in various European countries and at the Museum of Fine Arts in Havana, Cuba. She studied at the Academy of Industrial Design in Eindhoven and at the Art Academies in Breda and The Hague.
The exhibition opens on Friday 9 May 2025 at 18 hours.

The opening hours of the room are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. and from 17:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.
