Ibiza Light Festival full of art, culture, light and technology the historic center of Ibiza in its third edition on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 in October 2018
Ibiza Light Festival, the festival of art, culture and technology produced by 3DLight e Improbable Films with the collaboration of the Consell de Ibiza and the Ibiza City Council, inaugurates the agenda autumn culture on the island 12 Friday and 13 October 2018 Saturday.
The third edition of Ibiza Light Festival brings you 20 artistic installations distributed, as in previous years, through the neighborhoods of the Marina, the Port of Ibiza and Dalt Vila. This year there will also be new locations, such as inside the Church of San Telmo, with a projection on the dome about its history, or the building of Sa Peixateria, with an amazing transmedia installation by the artist necko.
In addition, many other artistic experiences based on the light of artists and groups such as Richar Santana, El Imaginario, Necko, Improbable Films, 3DLight, Jorge Escobar & Yon Aliaga, Ramón Donoso, Rob Loren, INTRVL AV, Silver Odyssey's featuring Alchemy Flame, Mike Jee or ER-Productions.
As in the last edition, the facilities include a spectacular videomapping that will be projected on the facade of Portal of Ses Taules and that this year brings together works of novice artists and other consecrated Gnomalab
Another novelty are two new artistic spaces: the Gallery in the old breakwater, with paintings made with light from artists like Jesus of Miguel and Otamendi as Boulevard of Art, where seven artists will create "site specific" works during the two days of the festival. Jordan is the guest country this year, with an installation on Berber culture by the artist Andrei Snober.
