The company SalamandrA Social Theatre Company presents in Ibiza the work «Girl, give the light" he Saturday, November 22, 2025at 20:00 p.m., in the Cultural Center of Jesus.
Since its premiere on November 19, 2021 during the Seville Fest Festival, the work has been defined as a collage of historical memory, real testimonies and poetic images that address the lives, struggles and silences of forgotten women.
The playwright Patricia Trujillo He conceived the piece in collaboration with Piermario Salerno (stage direction) and Lola Hernandez (costumes/props) in addition to Sergio Santana (lighting design). This version for Ibiza involves Patricia Trujillo and Mosuna López as performers, with production techniques handled by PauXa Films.
In addition to the artwork, a subsequent colloquium to open up reflection on the topics addressed: memory, invisibility of women, resilience and artistic space.
The piece has an approximate duration of 50 minutes and is intended for people over 16 years.
The work proposes an emotional and critical journey, between the intimate and the collective, in which the characters, humor, and choreography are highlighted as new narrative layers. The artistic revision was carried out by Trujillo in collaboration with Larisa Ramos.
