The renowned urban artist Okuda San Miguel has left its mark on the heart of San Antonio with its latest artistic intervention: «Endless Rainbow Walk«.
This project, which covers 160 meters from the central Santa Agnès street, seeks to revitalize the area known as the West End, traditionally associated with nightlife, transforming it into a space of coexistence, art and reflection.
The work is characterized by a explosion of vibrant colors and geometric shapes, distinctive elements of Okuda's style. Inspired by the values of the diversity and multiculturalism, the Cantabrian artist has created a walk that invites visitors to rediscover urban space from a new perspective.
"Endless Rainbow Walk" is not only an art intervention, but also part of a broader urban renewal plan Aimed at sustainability and improving the tourist experience in Sant Antoni. With a budget of €371.000, the project was partially funded by European funds and is part of the Sustainable Tourism Destination Plan.
The official opening of the work is scheduled for Wednesday May 21 2025 at 19 pm, at the intersection of Santa Agnès Street and General Balanzat Street. The event will be attended by Okuda San Miguel himself and various local authorities.
