El Ibiza landscapeIts coast, its interior and its urban corners, take center stage in the new exhibition that Sa Nostra Room inaugurates the December 4 Thursday of 2025 at 19 pm. Under the title “Paisatgisme in the Artistic Fons of the Consell d'Eivissa”, the exhibition brings together 35 works that portray the perspective of several generations of artists deeply connected to the island.
The exhibition presents works by 20 authors, including Ibizan names such as Josep Marí, Antoni Pomar or Narcís Puget Riquer, alongside artists who made Ibiza their home and their inspiration, such as Mario Stafforini, Erwin Broner or José Manuel Chico Prats.
All pieces belong to Artistic Fund of the Council, created from acquisitions, donations and award-winning works in competitions such as the Premis Vuit d'Agost or the Premi de Pintura Jove de Sant Miquel.
During the presentation, the Minister of Culture, Sara ramonHe emphasized the value of this collection and the importance of bringing art closer to the public. The exhibition's curator, Joan Albert RibasHe highlighted the difficulty of selecting only 35 pieces from such an extensive collection, as well as the interest in showcasing landscapes of Vila, the interior of the island, and maritime scenes that in some cases have already disappeared.
With this exhibition, Sa Nostra Sala closes a particularly active year in cultural programming and continues to disseminate an artistic heritage that continues to grow and that aspires, in the near future, to become part of a Museu d'Art d'Eivissa.
The sample can be visited until January 31 2026.
The room is open Monday to Friday de 10 am to 00 am and 17 am to 30 am and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.
En in FebruaryThe gallery will undergo renovations and improvements to prepare for the new exhibition season, so it will remain closed.
