La poetry It once again steps outside the more conventional settings to encounter the The music, visual arts and improvisation with Poetiuses – Illes Poesía.
The festival celebrates its second edition of Thursday, July 30 to Sunday, August 2, 2026 with a traveling proposal that tours San Antonio, the city of Ibiza y San Juanconsolidating itself as one of the most unique cultural events of the summer on the island.
The project is committed to a multidisciplinary format in which the word engages in dialogue with other artistic disciplines. Poetry recitals, concerts, live jazz, live painting, performances and musical sessions They are part of a program that brings together local and international creators with the aim of bringing poetry closer to new audiences and creating spaces for encounter between different artistic languages.
Among the prominent names on the poster is Bob Holman, one of the leading international figures in contemporary oral poetry and founder of the Bowery Poetry Club in New York. Joining him are established voices from Pitiusan literature such as Iolanda Bonet, in addition to artists and creators representing different disciplines, reinforcing the open and experimental nature of the festival.
Organized by Culture Lovers and Sons i VigroovePoetiuses was born with the aim of creating a meeting point between poetry, music, and contemporary art, connecting artists from different backgrounds and bringing culture to everyday spaces on the island. After the success of its first edition, the festival returns with an expanded program and maintaining its commitment to dialogue between artistic disciplines.

The day will include a session of live painting in charge of Vanesa Alvarez, an sunset concert with Paul Deaves, Pau Torres Serra and Marcos de la Fuente, And a vinyl session with spoken word and music by Almagato and Yawä.
- The festival continues Saturday 1th August 2026 en JazzTaBé, in the city of Ibiza, with a Jazzesia Jam Session starring the renowned New York poet and spoken word artist Bob Holman, together with Julia Roig, Marcos de la Fuente and various jazz musicians of the island.
- The closure is the 2 Sunday of August 2026 at the Mercadillo de San Juanwhere poetry will once again occupy public space with the interventions of Bob Holman, Iolanda Bonet, Annalisa Marí Pegrum, Ángel Vera and Tukdam Project, in addition to a musical session of Yosua DJ and the participation of Marcos de la Fuente.
