La Ses Dotze Naus Foundation presents "Prelude”, a collective exhibition curated by Fernando Gomez de la Cuesta and Ses12naus, which shows a selection of the projects carried out during the artist residencies that he has carried out in Ibiza in 2016 and 2018.
An exciting retrospective of the main projects that emerged from those first artistic residencies with works by Ana Laura Aláez, Zeltia Montes, Santiago Ydáñez, Karen Paulina Biswell, Martine Feipel & Jean Bechameil, Juan Gómez Alemán, Nihat Karatasli, Jesús de Miguel and Damien Poulain.
The sample includes photographs, paintings, videos and installations, And a performance by Juan Gómez Alemán presented at the opening.
The Ibizan Angeles Ferragut, promoter and artistic director of the foundation, has pointed out about Preludio: “We are very happy to bring these works to Ibiza again and to be able to show them to the public for a longer time and, through them, to be able to tell our story and demonstrate the capacity of the foundation to bring artists to Ibiza to investigate and produce".
