The well-known photographer Joan F. Ribas sign the images that make up the sample 'Road to Synesthesia', which was already at the Caló de s'Oli Auditorium last summer and in January at the Malvin gallery in Madrid on the occasion of FITUR, and now you can see it in Can Jordi Blues Station.
It so happens that this mythical concert bar is where a good part of the large-format images on display were taken.
The exhibition consists of some twenty concert photographs, almost half of the original sample, which express the passion and even the transformation of the musicians, at the moment when they are giving the best of themselves on stage. In this case the images are centered on the ibicencan artists and, above all, those who are portrayed playing in Can Jordi.

Joan F. Ribas He is a self-taught, avocational photographer, who in recent years has focused on capturing the magic of live music. To this day he has photographed more than a thousand concerts: “I don't take photos if the music and the attitude of those who perform it don't inspire me”.
