As you may already know, “Tosca” is an opera in three acts, With music Giacomo Puccini and Italian script of Luigi Illica and Giuseppe GiacosaIt premiered in Rome on 14 January 1900 and has since become one of the most performed operas, and, together with “Madama Butterfly” and “La bohème”, it forms the trio of Puccini's best-known operas.
The assembly comes to us from the hand of The Hispanic Arcadia and is played by the Lyric Company and Martin i Soler Orchestra, offering us the opportunity to enjoy up to 18 performers on stage.
The function is the Saturday February 8th 2025 at 20 hours.
Of great dramatic intensity, this opera has such beautiful arias as “Art lives” (for Tosca) or “And the stars were shining” (for Mario). The action takes place in Rome in 1800 during the Napoleonic Wars and the plot combines love, intrigue, violence, passion and death.
A great tragic melodrama with a duration of approximately 120 minutes and recommended from 12 years.
