The literary cycle Escriviure is already a cultural classic of autumn on the island, an interesting event that organizes every year the City Hall of Santa Eulalia in collaboration with Associació d'Escriptors en Llengua Catalana and is coordinated by the Ibizan professor, writer and translator Nora Albert.
The 12th edition of Escriviure focuses on literary translation as a subject, with the title "He translated it, pont entre cultures".
All conferences are held this year at the Theater of Spain in Catalan. In principle the schedule was 20: 30 hours, but as a result of the curfew, as of October 28, 2020 they will be at 19: 30 hours.

"She was seduced to translate: She translated it to les Pitiüses des de Marià Villangómez als nostres dies", by the Ibizan writer and psychopedagogue Iolanda Bonet Mari, which will talk about the work of the translator, focusing on the contributions of professionals such as Jean Serra, Bartomeu Ribes and Nora Albert.
-Wednesday, October 28, 2020. "Nous universes in science-fiction translations", by the Barcelona professor and writer Ricard Ruiz Garzón, which will tour pioneering science fiction authors and themes that are changing today's science fiction and poetry.
-Wednesday, November 4, 2020. "Translating to arrive: A passeig per l'obra de cinc writers (Jean Rhys, Elizabeth Barret Browning, Elizabeth von Arnim, Alice Munro and Virginia Woolf)", by the Barcelona-based translator Dolors Udina, translator of more than 200 titles and winner of several translation awards.
