The Neighborhood Association of La Marina, the neighborhood of Ibiza town that is located under Dalt Vila, in the port area of Ibiza, organizes the XVI La Marina de Ibiza Chess Day.
Whether you are passionate about this strategy game, one of the oldest in the world, or if you are just a beginner, we encourage you to participate and have a good time practicing a different outdoor leisure activity.
The appointment is Saturday 16 of September 2023 in the Sota Vila Square.
There will be chess activities throughout the day, of 10 to 20 hours, as a blitz space for fans in the tent.
De 11 to 30 pm There will be simultaneous chess game taught by the FIDE master Nicolò Napoli with capacity for 30 players. Furthermore, a Chess-Amics stand online from 16 to 18 p.m.. The championship, valid for the international ranking, is celebrated 18 to 20 hours and also has capacity for 30 players.
