The Ibiza Town Hall has prepared an extensive program of cultural, sports and protest activities to commemorate March 8, International Women's Day, which will last from March 5 to 31, 2022.
Events start on Saturday March 5 from 19 to 23 hours with the music festival 'Women's Day', with concerts by Pvssydònia, Rocking sister & brothers and Russian Crab in the square of Antoni Albert i Nieto.
On the same day, from 10 a.m. to 20 p.m., a international chess tournament, in the House of Equality.
On Sunday, March 6, it is the turn of the X Race and VI Walk for Women: We are the revolution, a solidarity activity that begins at 11 am in Figueretas.
On March 8, the traditional manifestation at 18:30 p.m. to the Reina Sofía park, where at 19.30:XNUMX p.m. the manifesto will be read, and there will also be karaoke and batucada. It also celebrates the gymkhana for young people "Abracadabra, the encouraged woman" throughout the city of Ibiza, which will be repeated on Saturday, March 12.
