The San Antonio City Council, through its Department of Equality, has organized a program of activities for the celebration of the 25-N, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The program starts with a collection of books with a gender perspective, available from 21 to 25 November 2022 in the Library council to raise awareness about the issue.
El November 24th 2022 the ses Coves Blanques Lighthouse is inaugurated the exposition 'you silence' with works by Violeta Galera, Aida Miró, Flow23, Andrea Wizner, Karol Cañadas, Gador Isern, Lina Redford, Artaldea and the Skimal.
El Thursday 24 November 2022 in the Espai Jove tea is celebratedaller 'Jealousy, jealousy, what do I love you for?'. In addition, the auditorium Cervantes Cultural Center welcome the talk'Rape culture and masculinity', by the psychologist Enrique Sanchez.
El November 25 Friday 2022, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, at 12 o'clock the read a manifesto and purple ribbons will be distributed. This same day, the Cervantes Cultural Center welcomes the story-monologue 'After the red bunting', by Gracia Morales, in charge of Vicky Roldan.
The program concludes on 2 December 2022 Friday at 17:30 hours the auditorium of Cervantes Cultural Center welcomes the storyteller 'Cinderella and other tales' by the narrator Maritza Caballero. The story is inspired by tales of oral tradition and talks about the meeting and the need to feel and treat each other as equals based on mutual respect.
