We bring you the perfect plan to start Sunday calmly, take care of yourself and, in addition, contribute to a very important charitable cause. Ibiza waters Santa Eulalia hosts a very special wellness day that combines movement, disconnection, and commitment in one of the most carefully maintained spaces on the island.
The hotel, a landmark in Ibiza for its focus on well-being, Mediterranean design and conscious hospitality, once again demonstrates its commitment to social causes by hosting this solidarity experience for the benefit of Elena Torres Association for Research in the Early Detection of Cancer.
The session will be led by Tamara Dominguez (D Balance Ibiza) and Sheila de León (Sheila de León Pilates), two professionals with extensive experience in the field of Pilates and personal training on the island. Together they have designed an accessible program for all levels that combines Pilates flow, mobility and strength training, next to a final guided meditation to complete the experience.
The meeting also includes a healthy appetizer, reinforcing that comprehensive approach to well-being that characterizes both the trainers and Aguas de Ibiza itself, where caring for the body and mind is part of its essence.
Beyond the personal aspect, the objective is clear: to raise funds for research into early cancer detection, a key task that the Elena Torres Association has been promoting since 2015, supporting innovative scientific projects based on biotechnology and nanosensors to detect the disease in its early stages.
The appointment takes place on Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m..
The donation price is 30 Euros and is entirely allocated to the association.
Places are limited and can now be reserved by writing to reservas@aguasdeibiza.com.
An opportunity to start the day differently: take care of yourself, stop and, at the same time, contribute to a cause that really matters.
