El Consell Island of Ibiza has presented the program of activities that will be carried out in the coming days on the occasion of the European Week for Waste Prevention. This year, the celebration is of Saturday 16th to Sunday 24th November 2024.
The acts are aimed at promoting a change in our behavior and promoting the fundamental principles of waste prevention: reduce, reuse and recycle, the famous 3R.
Activity program
-Traditional cuisine sampling and tasting de exploitation. Show Cooking to learn how to make pickled fish. Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the Old Market, inside the I Ibiza Seafaring Fair.
-Home composting workshop. Saturday 16 November 2024 from 10:00 to 12:00. At the Waste Office (c. de Baleares, 28, Eivissa). Limited places.
-Workshops on cooking and preservesThursday 21st and Friday 22nd November from 17:00 to 20:00 pm. At the Balearic Islands School of Hospitality building (Sa Coma – Ctra. de Ibiza a Sant Antoni) from 17.00:20.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX pm. Limited places.
