The wellness and therapy center Integra Yoga Ibiza, in Ibiza town, organizes all kinds of interesting activities, like this Therapeutic Tissue Workshop that we propose to you.
It is an original way of learning to generate spaces of relaxation and meditation, with which you will also learn to work your motor skills (especially fine motor skills) and to develop your ability to concentration.
Furthermore, as was the case in the past, knitting is an ancestral way of sharing the present with like-minded people, and building relationships by carrying out a beautiful group activity, which is called building social fabric.
This workshop is held on Friday 10 May 2024 at 19 hours.
The activity lasts 75 minutes.
The price is 20 Euros if you're a member from Integra Yoga and 25 euros if you are not. The price includes all materials (needles and wool).
