After Service: Industry Night converts every two weeks the Jara restaurant, at The Standard Ibiza, in the meeting point essential for chefs, bartenders, DJs, front-of-house teams, creatives and professionals of the island who live against the clock during the season.

Located in the heart of Ibiza Town, The Standard, Ibiza has established itself as one of the island's most vibrant hotels year-round. Its restaurant, Jara, with a Contemporary cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and using seasonal produceIt functions as a social hub, and on Mondays it becomes a refuge for industry.
The next appointment is the Monday 16 of February of 2026, with Cristian Viviano (Descending Order), Madi (Crosstown Rebels) and Eugene as host.
After Service is held in a bi-weekly format which has already earned a permanent place on the winter calendar. No prior registration is necessary: walk-ins are welcome, and the idea is simple: arrive, toast, and have a good time.
