The famous kitchen of Gordon Ramsay finally lands in Ibiza with the long-awaited opening of the Europe's first Hell's Kitchen.
The new restaurant opens on Monday 9 of June of 2025 en The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel (formerly The Ushuaïa Tower), as part of the group's new hotel proposal Palladium.
Inspired by the legendary television program, this space offers a unique culinary experience where the luxury and spectacle they shake hands.
The menu, created by Ramsay himself, is designed to surprise both fans of the format and the most demanding diners. Iconic dishes such as Sirloin Wellington, Sticky Toffee Pudding, Scallops, or the Lobster risotto, coexist with vibrant proposals that pay homage to Spanish gastronomy such as grilled sea bass, Hellfire Shrimp and Basque-style cheesecake.
All this in an immersive environment that recreates the aesthetics and energy of Hell's Kitchen, right in Playa d'en Bossa.

The restaurant open every night. When there is events at Ushuaïa Ibiza, the hours are 19 am to 00 am (with the kitchen open until midnight), no events open of 19 am to 00 am (kitchen closes at 23:00 PM).
