The establishment Native Hotel Ibiza in Santa Eulalia opens the new restaurant Smoke, with a unique gastronomic concept led by the renowned chef Omar malpartida and the executive chef Alberto Bermejo and located in the rooftop of the hotel.
With a strong commitment to ecology, the local and season products, Humo proposes a return to the origins with a kitchen loaded with sancestral and exotic abores and garnishes with Latin and Asian inspiration, starring the dishes prepared to the grilled and smoked.
In Humo you can enjoy tasty grilled meat, fish and seafood combined with products such as banana leaves, preparations with corn, or Mexican, Peruvian or Thai flavors.
The place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and a decoration inspired by the nature, where wood and natural elements predominate to offer you unique culinary evenings under the stars.
In addition, it has a cold tapas bar with marinated flavors and delicious dishes like their Smoked Scallop Ceviche with curry sauce.
