Eating well can be the greatest pleasure. Doing so in the heart of nature, with good company and local produce, is a true celebration. This is how we experienced the opening of the gastronomic garden of Can Domo Ibiza, last Thursday, May 8, with Friends, Fire & Food, an event in format friends & family which brought together press, concierges, suppliers and friends in a night of flavor and hospitality.
The evening's proposal came from the team of Cañitas Maite, which offered a selection of tapas and delicious rice dishes, where local product shone with technique, respect and a lot of personality. All accompanied by the wines carefully selected from Vinum Ibiza, who put the perfect pairing in every moment.
With this opening, Can Domo welcomed the 2025 season, reaffirming its commitment to a Honest cuisine, close to the territory and with a Mediterranean soul.
The restaurant is already open to the public, both midday as for the night, to offer you an environment of peace and nature that makes it one of those places that invite you to stay.
And pay attention, because in July there is a great plan coming: a dinner for four Signed by Javi Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo (two Michelin Stars), an exclusive event that promises to be one of the gastronomic highlights of the summer in Ibiza.
