Mambo Group, owner of some of the most emblematic establishments on the island, meets 40 years and celebrates it in style in one of its star venues, the restaurant Villa Mercedes Of San Antonio.
The celebration will consist of a Great culinary event 'four hands', together with the establishment's first chef, Alejandro Sobreviela, who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Mallorca and Valencia and has led the kitchens of other restaurants in Ibiza, and Miquel Calent, one of the great ambassadors of traditional Mallorcan cuisine, consultant and visible face of local and international brands.
Both will unite their gastronomic talent to create a interpretation of your letter unique paired with San Miguel beers. Thus, a set menu will not be offered, but rather a reinterpretation of some of the exquisite dishes of Villa Mercedes, made with local product of the highest quality.
The evening will also be enlivened by the music from a DJ.
