CBbC Cala Bassa celebrates its second major charity dinner to benefit Awareness Foundation, an Ibizan NGO that carries out invaluable work helping children who are victims of mistreatment, exploitation or abuse.

The dinner is celebrated on Saturday 5 of October 2024 from the 20: 00 hours.
The special menu that attendees will be able to taste includes cold snacks: 'foie bonbon and Ibiza fig jam', 'sea bass ceviche with chili pepper and passion fruit', 'crispy seaweed, snow crab, citrus sauce and soy caviar' and 'uramaki with avocado and a red shrimp tartar and ponzu' and hot appetizers: 'Wan tun bag stuffed with duck and hoisin sauce', 'tiger mussel with spicy foam and fried panko', 'Takito wagyu from Kagoshima a5' and 'Iberian ham croquette'.
