Like every autumn, the time has come to enjoy the gastronomy of the island with the gastronomic contest Restaurat, held in San Antonio.
Under the motto 'La cullera' ('The spoon') is Edition 13 de Restaurat has spoon dishes as protagonists and has the participation of 10 restaurants of the municipality, who will prepare dishes that combine tradition and Ibizan aromas.
The contest is held from 1 from November to 4 from December from 2022
Restaurat maintains a novelty introduced last year, the menu 'tasted', a tasting menu to share, focused on dinners in company and, as always, with the product of the land as the protagonist.
To delight yourself with these gastronomic proposals, you have two options: the Restaurant menu, consisting of a starter, main course and dessert, or the Degustaurat menu, for a minimum of two people, contains from three to five preparations and dessert. Both are priced at 20 Euros.
The participating restaurants in the 13th edition of Restaurat are Bresca, Can Germà, It's Rebost of Can Prats, Sant Antoni Grill, The Villa Portmany, St. Mari, Can Tixedó Art Cafe, Can Tixedó Grill, Sa Palmera and Ses Casetes Art Café.
