If you are a sushi lover, get ready for an unforgettable night celebrating the International Sushi Day. Two of the coolest hotels on the island, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel y Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel come together to offer a unique gastronomic experience celebrating Japanese tradition with a twist contemporary and sophisticated.

There, you can witness a Balfegó bluefin tuna slicing weighing more than 100 kg, a traditional Japanese technique known as KaitaiDuring the demonstration, you will taste two of the most surprising parts of tuna: the marrow and bone meat.
While you enjoy the show, you will be served four passes culinary with bluefin tuna as the protagonist:
- Tuna and beetroot toast with chipotle mayonnaise
- Tuna pani puri with guacamole
- Bone meat spoon
- Creamy tuna croquette
These bites will be accompanied by a careful selection of wines, beers, soft drinks or water, with the prominent presence of brands Balfegó and Möet&Chandon.
A las 21:00h, the event moves to the restaurant Minami Japanese Restaurant, located at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. A buffet will be served there exclusive tasting dinner de seven dishes that will culminate with a sweet surprise endingThe menu includes:
- Sashimi Trilogy: Akami, Chutoro and Toro
- Tuna tataki with ponzu sauce and fresh wasabi
- Bluefin tuna usuzukuri with Nikkei rocoto sauce and codium seaweed topping
- Minami tuna tartare
- Nigiri Trilogy: Tuna with Kizami, Chutoro with Tomato Tartar, and Toro with Caviar
