For its part, Stephen Patrick, chef of Etxeko Ibiza, is in charge of Berasategui's proposal on the island, creating a gastronomic experience that fuses the Basque essence with Mediterranean flavors. With a solid training under the tutelage of Berasategui, Patricio has been able to transfer the master's philosophy to the island: a cuisine that respects the raw materials and elevates them to the category of art, which turns Etxeko Ibiza into a temple of gastronomy in Ibiza.
