In front of Oria, a restaurant located inside the Monument Hotel in Barcelona, has managed to maintain the prestige that accompanies the Berasategui house, earning and maintaining its Michelin Star. For its part, Stephen Patrick, chef of Etxeko Ibiza, is in charge of Berasategui's proposal on the island, creating a gastronomic experience that fuses the Basque essence with Mediterranean flavors. With a solid training under the tutelage of Berasategui, Patricio has been able to transfer the master's philosophy to the island: a cuisine that respects the raw materials and elevates them to the category of art, which turns Etxeko Ibiza into a temple of gastronomy in Ibiza.
