O Beach, the iconic beach club of San Antonio was the scene of a very special day in which the gastronomy and solidarity shook hands. The fourth edition of Stars Against Cancer brought together some of the the most prestigious chefs on the national and international scene, transforming high-end cuisine into a powerful tool for raising funds and generating hope.
Born as a charity dinner, this initiative has become a true landmark movement that combines culinary excellence, unity, and social commitment. Its goal is to support research projects and programs that improve the lives of children affected by cancer, as well as their families, remembering that the fight against the disease is best fought together.
Among the protagonists of this edition were: Michelin Star chefs such as Víctor Martín, Sergio Manzano, Raúl Resino, Rafa Soler and Ignacio Solana, who contributed their talent and creativity to this cause.
The soul of the project, Núria Moreno, was accompanied by the Councilor for Urban Planning and Activities, Education, Culture and Heritage of San Antonio, Eva Prats, thus strengthening institutional support for this solidarity event.
