The people of San Vicente de Sa CalaIn the municipality of San Juan, a major gastronomic and recreational event takes place with the third edition of the Fish Fair or Fira del Peix.
The fair is held on Saturday 25 of April of 2026 from the 12 hours.
At the event, organized by the San Juan City Council with the collaboration of the Ibiza Council, the Sant Vicent de sa Cala Cultural Group and Peix Nostrum, you can participate by preparing any dish where the main ingredient is fish.
Hay Awards For the best. Among the requirements to participate is that you must acquire a minimum of 5 kg of Peix Nostrum fishThe aim is to promote the consumption of local products. The City Council provides tables and 100 napkins, 100 plates, and 100 forks or spoons, but you will need to bring the rest of the utensils.
The dish you prepare must be ready by 14:00 PM so that the jury can evaluate it.
El Maximum price by plate or tapa are 10 Euros And you will not be able to sell drinks, as these are reserved for the Sant Vicent Festival Committee.
