It's cuttlefish time! He returns Cuttlefish Gastronomic Festival or the Cuttlefish Fair, a delightful event organized by the Fishermen's Guilds of the island, grouped under the commercial brand «Peix Nostrum«.
The picturesque town of San Juan, in the north of the island, hosts this event full of proposals for all ages that celebrates its farm edition the Saturday 22 of March of 2025 from the 12 pm.
Throughout the day there will be exhibitions of fishing gear, crafts and sailing and fishing cycles.
In addition, there will be workshops varied for children from 12:30 to 15:00 hours, and various stalls where you can try various tapas and preparations based on cuttlefish of Ibiza. And to the 14 pm there is also a gastronomic contest.
The official opening of the festival is at 13 pm with a demonstration of country dance by Sa Colla de Labritja. You will also be able to see how the sepia car and there will be a "corn burn", that is to say, that a conch shell will be blown, a typical tradition of the island that was used to announce, among other things, the arrival of fresh fish.
The festival will also offer several concerts live music, with Soul Doctor y Dj Mr. Cardona.
