Nico, the innovative Japanese restaurant with a minimalist character and large windows and Breathtaking views to the beach of Cala Llonga that this 2024 has opened its doors in Mondrian Ibiza, continues to delight us with his series “Best of the Best“, a series of magical evenings this summer with the best chefs from around the world.
The next visit is the chef's Deepanker Khosla, recognized for its acclaimed Neo-Indian restaurant HAŌMA in Bangkok. This award-winning chef will take the reins of Niko's kitchen to offer a limited edition dining experience that fuses the best of Thai and Indian cuisine.
Chef Khosla has designed a special menu available at Niko restaurant. This menu includes appetizers, starters, main courses and desserts, each highlighting an innovative combination of Thai and Indian flavors with a touch of Spanish influence. Among the most notable dishes are smoked Spanish mackerel on toast with Cabrales, Iberian lamb korma and cherry mochi, or an exquisite cheesecake.
In addition, diners will be able to enjoy the usual sushi menu by Niko, available alongside a menu created by HAŌMA, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for 70 euros.
