Ibiza Flavors rearrange the Spring Gastronomic Days 2023, a regular contest at the start of each season organized by the Consell de Ibiza and Pimeef on the whole island.
This time they are 20 restaurants from all over Ibiza who participate by offering delicious menus made with local seasonal product and Km 0. In this edition, the main products around which the menus are articulated are country chicken, la sobradada, red potato and the stingray fish
The conference is held from 18 from April to 19 from May of 2023.
In that period of time you can taste different special menus for 25 euros (without drink included) or by 40 euros (with a glass of Ibiza wine). Both menus include a appetizer a base Ibizan bread and olive oil.
As always, various very interesting parallel activities are also organized that you can consult in the attached brochure that we leave you below, such as Workshops on making Ibizan herbs or flaó, visits to wineries, beehives and organic farms...
