Group celebrations have a different flavor when they involve Grill Sa Brasa, in the Santa Eulalia Marina, where the company dinners and Christmas gatherings They live their lives around the fire. For this time of year they have created a Special menu for groups, upon request, which brings together appetizers to share and a very complete barbecue, perfect for long tables and teams eager to enjoy themselves.
The menu begins with garlic prawns, a warm goat cheese salad, and an assortment of Iberian cured meats to whet the appetite before the star of the evening arrives: the mixed grill. It offers something for everyone: 40-day aged ribeye steak, skirt steak, pork secreto, chicken thigh, chorizo criollo, and potatoes cooked with onions and peppers—an ideal combination for those seeking a hearty, flavorful, and perfectly grilled meal.
