La 13th edition of the Gastronomic Heritage Menu It returns to Ibiza to revitalize the winter season with offerings inspired by UNESCO World Heritage destinations. And this year, Ebusus CBbC Restaurant sets course to Mexico with a menu full of flavor, tradition and character.
Located right in the main square King's wandIn the heart of Ibiza town, Ebusus CBbC Restaurant is committed to a gastronomic experience that combines technique, product, and a cultural narrative very marked. In this edition, the journey is to a country that has 34 UNESCO recognitions across cultural, natural and mixed heritage, and whose more is one of more powerful and recognized in the world.
The menu begins with a crispy cochinita pibil croquette with a smooth jalapeño emulsion as an appetizer, followed by some Traditional chilaquiles with chicken As a starter. As a main course, you can choose between the Birria de res melosa con alubias guisadas or Crispy tempura cod taco with black garlic mayonnaise and cilantro and chili sauceThe sweet finishing touch is provided by a creamy dulce de leche flan which rounds out the experience.
The Gastronomic Heritage Menu at Ebusus CBbC Restaurant is priced at 30 euros (drinks not included) and is available from February 23 to March 29, 2026, Monday to Friday in time meals and dinners, and the Sundays in time scenes.
With this proposal, the restaurant continues the line of previous editions, such as its menu dedicated to Japan, reaffirming its commitment to international cuisine as a cultural and gastronomic vehicle throughout the year in Ibiza.
